Once your category has been called, please stay at the nominated mat area.

Please give good fight.

No outside shoes in the Dojo, no bare feet in the toilet as this does not make good fight.

No I eat too much Acai can I go up a weight.

No I eat too much Acai been stuck on toilet.

Please buy loads of stuff from the Evolution guys, they have no friends.
